Can I order only one vehicle?
Yes. We support both single vehicle purchases and bulk orders. Many customers start with a trial order before long-term cooperation.
What types of vehicles do you supply?
We supply electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, gasoline cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, commercial vehicles, and luxury vehicles from leading Chinese and international brands.
Can you source vehicles that are not listed on your website?
Yes. If you cannot find the model you need, simply contact us with your requirements. Our sourcing team can help locate suitable vehicles quickly.
How do you guarantee vehicle quality?
All vehicles are inspected before shipment. We can provide vehicle photos, videos, VIN verification, and inspection reports. Third-party inspection is also available upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We mainly accept international bank transfer (T/T). For long-term partners and bulk orders, additional payment solutions may be discussed.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support RoRo shipping, container shipping, with FOB, and CIF services depending on vehicle quantity and destination country.
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery time depends on vehicle availability and shipping schedules. Normally, vehicle preparation takes 3–10 working days, while shipping takes approximately 20–45 days.
Can you handle export documents?
Yes. We can provide export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and customs clearance documents.
Do you provide spare parts support?
Yes. We can assist customers with spare parts sourcing and after-sales support resources for many vehicle brands.
Can I visit your company or inspect vehicles in China?
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our company and inspect vehicles before shipment. Online video inspections can also be arranged.
